Do not use the main email and password boxes to sign in with your UCL account as this will not work.

Once you have downloaded the application open it by searching for Zoom in the Search box next to the start menu.

Click on the Zoom app and then click on Install.

In the Software Centre use the Search box to find Zoom.

Go to the Search box next to the Start menu and type in Software Centre.

Your machine needs to be connected to the UCL network on campus or, if working from home, the VPN connection. You don't need admin rights to your device to do this. You can install the Zoom Client on a UCL managed machine via the Software Centre. You are now signed in to the UW Zoom software.Tip : t he Zoom app will download automatically when you start or join your first meeting, however if you wish to use the app, it is recommended that you download it in advance to ensure you have everything set up prior to your meeting. Enter the UW NetID and password associated with your UW Zoom account.

Your default browser opens with the UW NetID sign-in page.

On the next screen, in the company domain field, type washington and then click Continue. Your browser will open and display the UW NetID sign-in page.

Signing in with UW NetID and password allows you and all members of the UW community to access thousands of web-based services with just one sign-on process.)

If you are signed into a personal Zoom account with a non-UW email address, sign out of Zoom software and sign out of Zoom on the browser, then quit your browser.
